Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and assisting with advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing software, a solid understanding of digital marketing, and a collaborative approach to engaging with customers and assisting with marketing events.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms. Manage and update content on social media accounts, ensuring alignment with campaign goals. Support the development and management of digital advertising efforts. Use marketing software to track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports. Assist with the coordination of marketing events, including logistics and customer engagement. Work closely with customers to strengthen brand relationships and gather feedback for campaign optimization. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new marketing strategies. Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives as needed. Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, or business-related field. 1 + years’ experience in an office environment. Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software. Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign tracking. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
