While we are small, we are looking for a member to help grow our business & hopefully create a longer term, higher paying position for themselves. The position will include Cold-Outreach to Realtors, Insurance Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Property owners and Real Estate Investors. We are looking to create a great culture & overall a great business that can provide for everyone.
Work Description:
Run and test multiple outreach methods to all Real Estate, Insurance & Mortgage Professionals. Perform about 100 reachouts directly Create a direct marketing plan and possibly use softwares/AI to assist you in the reach out process. Provide and create your own creative process to help grow the business as a whole! Skills Understanding, Willingness to learn and market the business & it’s services to Real Estate proffesionals. Proficient or Willing to learn cold marketing & outreach including emails, DM’s, messages & Experience or knowledge in reachouts or advertising and its execution. Additionals Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a attention to replying quickly to calls, texts & emails. Speaking & understanding additional languages including spanish or portuguese. If you have experience in the Real estate, insurance or even property inspection industry, that is a plus but not required.
