Marketing Associate/Operations, Douglas Elliman Development Marketing FL Objective:

Assists the Marketing Department and able to assume responsibility for creating and managing the marketing program for assign properties.

Background Requirements:

2+ years real estate and marketing experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a must; Ability to create and edit price grids; Marketing knowledge preferred; Minimum undergraduate degree. Areas of Responsibility 1. Marketing Programs Working with Senior team to develop all marketing collaterals, media plans, website Coordinate meetings with creative agencies, architects, developments, public relations, interior design, media buyers, etc. Prepare weekly marketing meeting agenda 2. Data Interpretation, Presentation and Marketing Responsible for the aggregation, analysis, interpretation and reporting of market research data. Market information is consolidated, verified and summarized on a regular basis; Handles comparable search requests and compiles into report format for pricing strategy purposes, market transaction overviews; Works with members of DEDM to create data interpretations and graphics of market trends for clients and new business development opportunities; Gathers statistics and data from outside sources, including MLS and other sources; Provides the necessary information to prepare Pipeline reports as well as a regularly prepared Comparable/Market updates. Offers insights and new methodologies for reporting where opportunities exist. 3. PR Activities Aids in coordination of events for projects E-Blasts event invitations and thank you notes to attendees 4. Development Project Recurring Management Ensures that each sales team member’s requests are fulfilled Assist IT in the installation/updating of e-mail signatures to their e-mails and phones Ensures proper integration and functionality of all project software; i.e, e-Condo, Sequent and/or Sage 5. General Real Estate Outreach Provides updates for agent/consumer project information sheets, for respective project to be uploaded to EllimanUpdate and DE Agent Dropbox Takes inventory of respective project collateral to make sure we have the updated versions as well as enough supply for each of our offices Each week, provide an update on upcoming events for respective projects. 6. Sales Center/Model Apartment Program Assist Operations Director in the planning and opening of sales centers and model apartments, if necessary. Assist with the quality and delivery of full marketing displays. Monitor inventory and usage of marketing materials at Sales Centers and ensure that there are timely replaced. 7. General Duties and Responsibilities Organize property—related marketing meetings, send meeting requests, including agenda topics and ensure that minutes are recorded and distributed. Assist with other special projects and tasks as directed by management. Assist in creating Project folder in Dropbox Assist in creating Project Team Contact List Draft Creative RFP Letter Draft PR RFP Letter (if applicable) Create Creative, PR Cover Letter & Snapshot Get info on Interior Designers & create summaries (if applicable) On a weekly basis, organize all files including meeting minutes, competitive collateral, master event calendar, supervisors calendar, and Dropbox back up Monthly recurring tasks such as updating the PR Inventory, Research inventory, Contact List per project, master contact list, Vendor Directory Reviews the Dropbox folder for respective project every week for new activity; prints & files away all new material/collateral into project binders Maintains inventory of supplies and materials for respective project Provides weekly updated bullets for team meeting Reports to Caprice Weber Performs other related duties as needed, and assists the development marketing department in all related capacity. Support Operations team Support sales galleries as needed
