We are seeking Community Marketing Assistants to join our team. Your main mission will be to identify and connect with individuals who have been involved in accidents, providing them with ethical and professional information about our services This is not a direct sales position — it’s about guiding, informing, and ethically connecting. This is a part-time on-site role as a Community Marketing Assistant – Accident Lead Intake at Hurtaid in Tampa, FL. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for daily tasks related to promoting and representing the company’s brand and services. This includes engaging with customers, providing information about services, and assisting with customer inquiries.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and a genuine approach to customer interaction. Basic knowledge of the local community (preferred). Proactive mindset with a results-oriented attitude. Availability for both fieldwork and remote work based on strategy. Fluent Spanish required; English is a plus (not mandatory). Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus.
