Who We Need:

Someone who lights up the group chat. You just get it. You know your way around content, social, shoots, writing, and creative chaos. You’re not trying to just “learn.” You’re trying to build. This is a part-time role for someone who wants in early and wants to grow into a full-time force. You’ll help us run the brand, push client work forward, and keep the machine moving.

You’ll Be Doing:

Creating short-form video content (shooting, editing, posting) Utilizing proprietary AI tools to push brands forward Writing captions that hit Helping develop brand voice for both us and clients Being on-site for shoots (yes, IRL) Taking meeting notes and turning them into clear next steps Jumping in wherever we need help (and finding ways to help before we ask)

You’re Probably Already:

Making content that looks and feels good Posting on socials with intention and vibes in mind Editing in CapCut, Canva, or whatever gets it done Keeping your Google Drive organized (or at least pretending to) Elite at using modern AI tools to make good work, great work Writing like a real human with a point of view Not scared to speak up or take initiative Based in Tampa Bonus if you: Have your own brand, page, or side hustle Know how to turn a 60-minute shoot into 2 weeks of content Think about strategy while you’re editing Want to grow with something instead of just clocking hours What Friends Means to
