Overview:

Join BCOTB, a leading organization in the Tampa Bay area dedicated to supporting the Autism community through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. With over 20 years of service, we are committed to making a positive impact and are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing and Administrative Assistant to support our marketing and administrative efforts. This role involves a combination of digital marketing tasks, administrative duties, and maintaining internal communications. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

Create and post 2-3 engaging social media posts per week across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to boost brand awareness and community engagement.

Content Creation:

Produce 2-3 TikTok videos weekly that highlight our services, success stories, and community involvement in a fun and engaging way.

SEO-Friendly Blogging:

Upload and format blog content on our website, ensuring it is optimized for search engines with appropriate keywords, tags, and meta descriptions.

Administrative Support:

Handle various administrative tasks including filing, running errands, and maintaining organized records to support office operations.

Internal Communications:

Maintain clear and efficient communication within the team, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on tasks and goals.

Marketing Collateral:

Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations that effectively communicate our message and services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation. Familiarity with SEO best practices and blog formatting. Familiarity with the Adobe Suite. Video editing experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Basic graphic design skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver’s license and car insurance for running errands as needed. High school diploma required. A minimum of an Associate Degree or certificate in marketing required.
