Essential Functions Develop and maintain promotional materials and collateral for Multi-Family communities across the portfolio. Manage website design using platforms such as GoDaddy, Soci, and RentCafe Site Manager. Familiarity with Yardi software is preferred. Coordinate project timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. Devise comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company and community objectives to enhance occupancy rates and resident retention. Execute and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels to drive leads and conversions. Plan and coordinate events, including setup, attendance, and takedown. Oversee online presence, including website content, social media accounts, and online listings, ensuring compelling information to attract potential residents and effective SEO practices. Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness. Create engaging content for marketing materials, advertisements, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials. Produce virtual tours, videos, and print materials using footage and photography for promotional purposes Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate reports, and derive insights to optimize marketing strategies. Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenditures for cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with property management teams, leasing agents, and external vendors/agencies to align marketing strategies with property goals. Assist in project management, event coordination, market analysis, and financial preparation. Support Human Resources, Helpdesk, and Executive Staff with various tasks and initiatives as assigned. Perform file audits and operational tasks as needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 2-4 years of marketing experience or equivalent. Familiarity with multi-family real estate. Experience in administrative roles or as an assistant. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel – intermediate level, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects towards targeted results. Proactive problem-solver with the initiative to self-start and resolve issues independently. Strong work ethic, operating with integrity, confidentiality, and commitment. Willingness to receive feedback, adapt to changes, and seek training for skill enhancement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Enthusiastic team player eager to contribute to a growing company. Proficient in computer-related skills.

Education and Technical Requirements:
