Enrollment Management’s integrated services provide distinctive support throughout the student’s development and progression in their academic experience – from recruitment through commencement. Through collaboration, communication, and commitment, all units within Enrollment Management achieve the highest level of student-centered service to current and prospective students and families and to campus partners across the University. Responsible for the management, planning, and coordination of various third-party platforms that support the communications and marketing operations in the Office of Admissions. Manages the development, coordination, and evaluation of all third-party platforms used in communications and marketing efforts by the Office of Admissions. Maintains the tracking of updates, campaigns, and marketing efforts across all third-party platforms to ensure timely production and execution of functionalities. Coordinates with communications, social media, and publications staff to ensure information on these platforms is updated and appropriately branded. Researches and develops best practices for utilizing these platforms in recruitment of students to the University. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and test groups to examine the effectiveness of third-party platforms. Recommends new strategies, initiatives, or products from these platforms that would best support the goals of the Office of Admissions. Collaborates with the Program Manager of Social Media and Marketing on marketing outreach campaigns and programs. Coordinates with other areas of the department to develop reports and analyze data to maximize insights provided by third party platforms. Responsible for the training and management of other staff members working within these platforms. Contact with students, parents, and the general public through the third-party platforms. Extensive contact with outside vendors on the management and existence of new products. Assists with the review and evaluation and policies and procedures pertaining to the areas of oversight. Responsible for the confidential files of prospective students and applicants to the University and adequate safekeeping of this information. Responsible for ensuring the rules of confidentiality requirements are adhered to by staff. Assists other sections during peak times in support of the goals of the Office of Admissions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma/equivalent and six years of experience. (

Preferred Qualifications We seek enthusiastic candidates who are detail-oriented, and who work well independently as well as in a team. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook or comparable software. Ability to prioritize and organize multiple work assignments simultaneously. Experience implementing integrated marketing and communications plans. Experience in supervising others and/or team leadership. Candidates should have the ability to review, analyze, formulate, and organize data and information and follow through on assignments. Applicants should be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Candidates with a strong sense of initiative and the demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently are preferred.
