Our North Miami Beach location supports local businesses and individuals with fast, accurate, and confidential testing—ranging from drug and alcohol screening to DNA, wellness, and occupational health compliance. Position Overview We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to help build local brand presence, drive lead generation, and support wellness-focused campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in healthcare, wellness, or diagnostics marketing to make a direct impact in a growing lab franchise. Key Responsibilities Assist in executing local marketing strategies and promotional campaigns Design flyers, graphics, and digital content using tools like Canva Manage and post on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Support outreach to local physicians, schools, employers, and community groups Assist with email campaigns, press releases, and newsletters Monitor campaign metrics and share performance insights weekly Help coordinate ARCpoint’s participation in community health fairs and expos Support brand visibility through local listing management (Google My Business, Yelp, etc.) Preferred Qualifications (healthcare or wellness a required) Proficient in Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools Familiarity with B2B outreach and local business marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines Resides in or near North Miami Beach, FL Compensation Contractor position (1099) Project-based or monthly retainer (to be discussed with client) Approx. 8-12 hours/week How to Apply Please email your resume and 1-2 samples of past marketing work (flyers, campaigns, or social media pages) to:
