The ideal candidate will possess a blend of organizational skills and marketing knowledge to help ensure the success of our events. This role involves assisting with logistics, coordinating with vendors, sponsors and contributing to promotional efforts across multiple platforms. Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, setup, and breakdown. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event needs are met. Support marketing initiatives through email marketing campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and social media promotion. Conduct research to identify potential event opportunities and target audiences. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline communication and engagement efforts. Manage event registration processes through WordPress or other platforms. Help in the development of promotional materials that align with SEO best practices. Collaborate with the sales team to enhance event visibility and drive attendance. Experience Familiarity with marketing automation tools and digital marketing strategies is preferred. Experience in product management or e-commerce environments is a plus. Proficiency in email marketing techniques and understanding of SEO principles. Basic knowledge of HTML for editing web content may be beneficial. Strong research skills to identify trends and opportunities within the event space.
