MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS

As a Direct Marketing Specialist in Real Estate, you will be responsible for developing, tracking and optimizing assigned marketing campaigns across all digital platforms. In this role, you will work with the marketing team, web developers, graphic designers and vendors to launch campaigns and measure it’s success. This is a full time onsite, Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm in Aventura, FL – No remote options. Responsibilities Lead investor relationship management and act as a central point of contact for our client’s investors. Provide ongoing reporting and updates to investors as well as clients. Act as a resource for current and prospective investors while partnering internally across departments to drive completion of investor deliverables. Manage the workflow of the investment process, including distributing marketing materials, gathering, and reviewing subscription documents, and maintaining electronic files within our proprietary investor portal. Work as the lead responsible for investor data management. Perform completeness checks of all data within the Investor Portal. Track and maintain investor requests. Review and upload investor statements, documents and updates. Build a positive team environment and create strong relationships with investors and clients. Develop and implement innovative direct marketing strategies to reach target audiences and drive engagement. Create compelling marketing content across various channels, including emails, social media, and direct mail, to promote our products and services. Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer feedback to optimize strategies and improve ROI Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and analytics, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our marketing efforts Requirements Must speak Spanish and English Bachelors degree in real estate, business, finance, accounting or similar field preferred 5+ years of relevant work experience in a financial services, private equity or professional services firm. Maintain the strictest of confidence while dealing with confidential matters The right candidate will be highly organized, a skilled communicator, and a self-starter with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Professional verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated individual who is a team player. Strong project management skills, including ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines. Knowledge of investment concepts and financial terms associated with private equity. Ability to communicate well with others and deliver a clear message. The ability to multi-task while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a high level of organization.
