$23/hour Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support a dynamic sales and marketing team within a global industrial manufacturing environment. This role plays a vital part in the execution of marketing strategies, promotional activities, and internal communication initiatives that directly impact brand visibility and client engagement across multiple regions, particularly in Latin America. As a Marketing Assistant , you’ll be responsible for the operational and analytical side of marketing campaigns—ensuring the seamless coordination of materials, events, and digital tools to enhance sales support and audience outreach. Responsibilities Support the planning and facilitation of sponsored marketing events and industry presentations. Develop and edit high-quality marketing content, including print and digital materials, tailored for international markets. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to execute cross-functional marketing projects. Generate performance metrics and marketing insights using digital tools to support data-driven decisions. Coordinate content updates for social media platforms highlighting factory operations, client visits, and training events. Manage promotional inventory, mailing lists, and ensure timely distribution of marketing collateral. Assist with logistics and presentation preparation for factory tours, client visits, and service agent trainings. Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned to help reach departmental and organizational objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfort with data reporting tools. Solid foundation in digital marketing and media analytics. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required). Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication with a creative eye for visuals and storytelling.
