This role involves content coordination, basic design in Canva, vendor communication, outreach to potential customers, and social media customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and edit basic visual content using Canva (posts, stories, flyers). Help schedule and track social media posts. Request and organize quotes from vendors and service providers. Respond to social media and website inquiries and support lead/customer conversations. Make outbound calls to potential customers to follow up on leads and promote our services. Maintain and organize digital marketing assets and promotional materials. Assist with day-to-day execution of marketing tasks and initiatives.
Requirements:
Comfortable using Canva and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident speaking on the phone and engaging with prospects in English and Spanish. Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Based in the Miami area and available for remote work.
Compensation & Schedule:
$14.00 per hour 31 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Eastern Time) Our workflow is organized using a ticket system , which means tasks are assigned weekly based on the team’s needs. Each ticket (or task request) will include a clear description and a specific deadline for delivery. This means work hours are flexible — you can manage your time as you prefer, as long as all assigned tasks are completed by the agreed deadlines.
