Leads and supports the overarching strategy, execution, and performance tracking for Organic and Local Search marketing, while also driving the integration of SEO and SEM to align with broader brand marketing goals. Advocates for unified SEO and local search initiatives across brands, clearly communicating their value and outcomes to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, through knowledge sharing and performance reviews. Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) for Organic and Local Search to ensure strong and measurable results. Acts as a key stakeholder in digital marketings influence on IT and marketing technology development, ensuring that investments in Paid media are protected across web and mobile platforms. Delivers strategic, actionable insights to Brand and Digital Marketing teams to support business growth through effective Organic Search efforts. Manages enterprise-level relationships with local search platforms, evaluating their effectiveness and advising Darden brands on budgeting and usage strategies. Creates and maintains best-practice processes for integrated search, utilizing tools such as Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Bing Webmaster Tools, Apple Business Connect, Google Ads, Yext, and Yelp analytics.
