Position Overview Our financial client is seeking a Sr Marketing Associate who will support the marketing department in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects and contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives.

• Ideal candidate is detail oriented with numbers and has a marketing background in the financial, insurance or healthcare industry.
• Key Responsibilities Develop and execute print and digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Analyze market trends and performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for different channels. Manage social media accounts and drive engagement through effective content strategies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs. Assist in the development of brand messaging and positioning in the market. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and track performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing or related field. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce and WordPress Familiarity with InDesign Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Background in financial, insurance or healthcare Experience with reviewing regulations / compliance In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
