With 50+ retail showrooms across the country, our mission is to help people stay mobile and independent. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to support our local campaigns, working closely with our agency and franchise owners to drive foot traffic, leads, and sales. About the Role As a Digital Marketing Associate reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will play a key role in developing and executing online marketing strategies tailored to each franchise location. You’ll collaborate with our agency partners to manage digital ad performance, execute email and SMS campaigns, and support local marketing programs that deliver real-world showroom traffic. This role is perfect for someone with strong digital experience, a passion for data-driven growth, and a desire to help small business owners succeed. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development of local digital strategies to build consistently growing customer traffic. Optimize Google Ads campaigns for locations, monitor performance, budget allocation, and ROI. Analyze caller and sales data to uncover inferences and relationships to improve results. Manage and execute promotional email and SMS campaigns using CRM and automation tools (e.g., Zapier). Analyze campaign results using Google Analytics, franchise sales reports, and CallRail CRM insights. Coordinate with our marketing agency on lead tracking, cost-per-lead, and revenue performance. Help improve SEO and content performance for our corporate and franchise microsites. Support creative content development for emails, ads, and landing pages. Stay informed on digital marketing trends and recommend improvements. What We’re Looking For Experience in digital marketing, preferably in multi-location or franchise environments Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and email marketing platforms Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, or similar), CRMs, and list segmentation Proficient in Excel for data analysis and campaign performance tracking Excellent communication and project management skills Creative thinker with attention to detail and an ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Bonus Points For Experience in healthcare, retail, or franchising industries Understanding of web CMS platforms and basic HTML Working knowledge of local SEO best practices and GBP optimization Join a mission-driven company where your work helps people live better lives — and helps small business owners grow strong, local brands.
