Leasing & Marketing Associate Dermot Company Palm Beach County, FL The Dermot Company, a New York and Florida based real estate developer and operator, is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Associate to float between our communities in Palm Beach County. This position plays a critical role in supporting the leasing and resident retention efforts at multiple properties. The ideal candidate is flexible, reliable, and excels at building relationships, providing top-tier service, and helping prospective residents find their perfect home. This is a full-time position based in Palm Beach County, West Palm Beach, Florida.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Greet prospects and conduct property tours with professionalism and enthusiasm. Answer incoming calls, respond to online inquiries, and follow up with leads. Process rental applications and assist qualifying applicants. Prepare lease agreements and complete all leasing paperwork accurately and timely. Maintain knowledge of all community amenities, floor plans, pricing, and availability. Support marketing efforts and assist with community outreach programs. Provide exceptional service to current and prospective residents. Float between the properties as assigned. Work collaboratively with on-site teams. Assist with move-ins, renewals, and resident relations. Ensure the leasing office, model units, and tour paths are clean and presentable. Maintain accurate records and reports related to leasing activity and resident interactions.
ABOUT YOU AND WHAT YOU OFFER
1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience (property management preferred). Ability to work at multiple locations reliably and on a flexible schedule. Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays . Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi preferred. Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Authorized to work in the United States without any restrictions.
