As our business grows, so does the need for thoughtful, strategic marketing support. We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who’s ready to contribute to a mission-driven team while building hands-on experience across a range of digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, creative, and confident navigating the fast-paced world of B2B marketing. You’ll work directly with the Marketing Manager to help execute digital campaigns, create content, and support ongoing brand initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels. Manage and maintain our presence on LinkedIn and Instagram (TikTok experience is a bonus). Collaborate on the creation of social media content, promotional materials, and product marketing assets. Update and manage content through our WordPress site, particularly WooCommerce . Create and schedule email campaigns in Mailchimp , including basic retargeting automations. Track campaign performance using analytics tools and report on key insights. Conduct market research to support strategic planning and competitor analysis. Coordinate cross-functional communication for product launches, trade shows, events, and initiatives. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in a marketing role (bonus points for B2B or healthcare background). Familiarity with social media best practices—especially on LinkedIn and Instagram . Working knowledge of WordPress , WooCommerce , and Mailchimp (or other ESP) . Experience with Google Analytics , Google Ads , or similar marketing tools. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Programs is a major plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc). Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a sharp eye for detail.
