The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement through various channels. This position requires a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking to develop effective marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. Duties
- Support the Marketing Manager in developing, implementing, and enforcing Marketing Department workflows, processes, and procedures.
- Manage detailed calendar for all marketing events, advertising and related deadlines, ensuring timely execution and tracking.
- Facilitate all Trade Show marketing staff and functions; from registering and booking booth, electricity, furniture, coordination of graphic creation and placement, promotional items for handout, staff travel arrangements, packing and shipping items to and from shows.
- Coordinate product photography, organize and maintain image file system on company server.
- Create and assist with presentations for conferences and client meetings.
- Assist with marketing plan research, including campaign strategies, and market strategy insights.
- Collaborate with the leadership staff of various departments including Engineering, Sales and Business Development to ensure collateral for the Marketing Department is prepared accurately, procured and dispersed as needed.
- Support coordination of Imperx Annual Sales Meeting.
- Contribute with content for social media, Website, Newsletters, BLOGs, White Papers, etc.
- Assist with mass electronic mailing of marketing materials, including newsletters, announcements & brochures digitally and print.
- Develop business relationships with vendors, media, and others necessary to maximize company exposure in the local market and negotiate/procure media and marketing packages well under budget.
- Perform website changes and updates using WordPress.
- Determine ROI of marketing campaigns by capturing and analyzing performance metrics.
- Assist with new product launch campaigns, collaboration with sales and management.
- Brainstorm innovative and engaging promotional items, oversee procurement, and manage inventory to ensure a fresh and well-stocked selection.
- Support Marketing Manager with detailed and organized notes during marketing meetings, ensuring key discussions and action items are well-documented, stored systematically, and effectively communicated for reference and tracking.
- Ensure staff workflows and campaign deadlines are achieved.
- The scope of this position may extend beyond the responsibilities outlined here as needed to support the company’s marketing initiatives.
- Travel may be required.
Job Requirements Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business: AA will be considered if experience meets approval
- A minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in a Marketing department
- General proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop Illustrator)
- Must have wide range of experience and understanding of marketing including product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, branding
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven skills with social media (Google Analytics, LinkedIn)
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Organizational approach to every facet of Marketing
- Creation and maintenance of processes and procedures for the
