I’m Alex Mendel, a local real estate agent here in Boynton Beach. I’m building a real estate business focused on modern marketing, great client experiences, and doing things differently — and I’m looking for someone to help level up both behind the scenes and on the frontlines.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Creating Canva designs that actually get noticed Brainstorming, filming, and posting Instagram Reels and TikToks Managing and updating our client database (with training if needed) Running Facebook ads and tracking results Building our newsletter game through Flodesk Managing our Google My Business profile and online reviews Supporting PR efforts (HARO pitches, Qwoted responses, blogging) Organizing client gifts, birthday cards, and listing marketing Helping with print marketing and farming neighborhoods Supporting client events and client appreciation efforts You Might Be a
Fit If You:
Have 2-3 years of experience in marketing, admin, or real estate Are confident using Canva (or excited to get even better at it) Are naturally organized and good at managing projects independently Stay up-to-date with social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Communicate clearly and professionally Bonus if you know CRMs, Flodesk, Facebook Ads Manager — or are willing to learn!
