The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn and grow professionally by supporting the office, accounting, and marketing departments, as well as completing various front desk and receptions tasks. Duties Perform all front desk and reception duties, including answering and directing calls and emails Liaising with internal departments and communicating externally Complete Accounts Payable duties using accounting software, including QuickBooks Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinating and scheduling all trade show related activities Assist with other Tradeshow and Marketing tasks, as well as using Salesforce and Constant Contact Maintain accurate records of transactions. Monitoring office & marketing supplies and ordering replacements Special projects as needed Requirements High School Diploma or GED Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word required Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
