Job Description

Digital Marketing Associate ASTARAS Largo, FL 33777 Make an impact on multiple brands in thousands of stores. Astaras, Inc. is North America’s leading private label welding products company. Our products are sold in thousands of stores in North America, with a developing international customer base. You will have the opportunity to become part of an organization with well-established customers and a growing list of retailers looking for help creating and building their brands. The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing multiple websites on various platforms, executing digital ad targeting campaigns, and handling social media marketing across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team that strategically collaborates to fulfill internal and external customer requirements.

Website General Management:

Maintain and update content across multiple websites on different platforms (e.g. Wix and EvolutionX). Monitor website performance and implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and user experience. Coordinate with management and internal design team to ensure website functionality and aesthetics are optimized.

Digital Ad Targeting:

Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Conduct market research to identify target audiences and create effective ad targeting strategies. Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and audience feedback. Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual content for social media posts.

Analytics:

Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and add platform analytics. Prepare regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and overall digital marketing effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements, optimizatons, and new strategies.

Reporting:

Create analytics dashboard to share information. Provide weekly reports to manager. Present status updates to leadership team on a quarterly basis. Lead a wide variety of digital creative projects, including: Website maintenance creative for four existing websites; 3 informational, and 1 ecommerce. Crate a new informational website. Create new digital ads for internal and external customers. Create images and write copy for social media creative.

Marketing Team General Support and Teamwork:

When customer demand and priorities shift, provide support fort he Packaging and Graphics Designer on a wide variety of creative projects, including packaging updates, marketing collateral (catalogs, brochures, sales flyers, etc.), photography, etc.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing preferred. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including website management, digital advertising, and social media marketing. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager) Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies. Experience and adeptness with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Loomly, SocialPilot, Sendible, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding and skills with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or Wix. Graphic design skills and proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, etc.). Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles. Experience with video editing and production. Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed. About Astaras, Inc.
