The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives, contributing to the development and execution of strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. Position is responsible for supporting the marketing initiatives and event coordination of the company. This roll is instrumental in marketing efforts through multiple mediums including social media; digital, print, and graphic design. Duties Social Media Management

• Posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends
• Collect leads from social media or campaign efforts Web/Digital Management
• Manage website content updates and layout tweaks
• Perform basic SEO audits and implement suggestions Branding and Content Creation
• Leads an internal team for design and development of annual Giving Thanks project
• Develops brand kits such as postcards, line cards and email campaigns
• Collaborate with VP of Sales and Marketing to create new product catalogs Event Planning
• Assists with the planning and execution of events, including both on and off site promotional, sales and employee engagement happenings Database Management
• Updating and maintenance of company information databases including spec sheet
• Compiling statistical information, entering data into spreadsheets and preparing sales reports Relationship Building
• Search for and develops new working relationships through electronic media as well as in person to help grow the business Co-Ops
• Seeks out relationships with various business co-ops for mutual financial and advertising benefits

Qualifications:

2 year- experience in a marketing roll or related field Robust understanding of digital marketing, graphic design, social media platforms and website management Strong copywriting skills with an ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
