Position Summary We’re seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Assistant to help execute our day-to-day marketing operations. You’ll collaborate directly with our leadership team and clients to implement creative and strategic marketing efforts across social media, web, advertising, and branding projects. Responsibilities Social Media Management Schedule and publish weekly posts on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms Design monthly video content using client footage and templates Monitor and report on engagement and performance metrics Web & Digital Design Support Assist with website content updates and layout tweaks Coordinate with clients to collect content and imagery Conduct basic SEO audits and implement suggestions Branding & Content Creation Help develop brand kits, style guides, and collateral (flyers, business cards, etc.) Collaborate with designers on logo drafts and final asset packages Advertising & Lead Generation Assist with Google Ads, EDDM mailers, and flyer distribution Create and manage QR codes and campaign tracking links Support in collecting leads from social or campaign efforts Client Communication Help onboard new clients and manage marketing intake forms Send reminders and follow-ups for content and approvals Keep internal tools and project timelines updated Qualifications Experience or interest in marketing, communications, or digital media Comfortable using Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Photoshop Detail-oriented with strong organization skills Basic understanding of web platforms (WordPress)
