We are expanding and seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our management team.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to multi-task. You will work closely with our team assisting with agent & property branding & promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help manage agent newsletters and online posting such as social media or homespotter ads
- Organize corporate & agent events including blast emails & evite
- Sit at the front desk to assist agents with administrative tasks with friendly personality (no phone duties required) as well as keeping the office tidy.
- Ensure all marketing activities are executed with attention to detail.
- Assist in setting up agent websites through our corporate website template program (design & logistics, not website coding).
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills, patience, and a friendly personality.
- Experience in social media posting and organization.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
- Computer proficiency and flexibility.
- Prior experience in a similar position (experience during college is acceptable).
- Strong computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Slack is a plus.
- Not a freelance position Real estate experience a plus.
