The functions of the position require a person with great organizational skills, attention to detail, creative insights and positive customer service attributes. The multitude of responsibilities that this position is responsible for requires an individual who communicates and interrelates well with customers as well as all other personnel.

Responsibilities:

The base function of the Marketing Assistant is accountable to the Marketing Manager. The position will primarily focus on the creation of marketing support materials, upkeep of website and social media platforms as well as coordination and execution of event. The position will facilitate necessary visual and physical review for the company’s image. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update company websites and social media accounts with fresh, engaging content. Design and produce marketing materials including labels, SDS/TDS documents, brochures, and flyers. Assist with direct marketing initiatives and conduct market research to support campaign development. Coordinate new product launches, trade shows, and other company-sponsored events. Research target audiences and end users to help shape content and campaign strategy. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborate with graphic designers, sales, and leadership on creative concepts. Assist with marketing budget tracking and provide support on invoice and expense coordination. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation is preferred. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or website CMS platforms is a plus. Some knowledge of financial tracking or budgeting is desirable. A positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
