Leasing and Marketing Assistant 2.2 2.2 out of 5 stars 7192 21st Street East, Sarasota, FL 34243 Growing property management company looking to add a Leasing Assistant to work with our Leasing team to assist with the daily residential property management operations. This position involves answering incoming leasing calls, professionally presenting our properties to prospective tenants, completing lease contracts, communicating with owners, tenants, and association managers and perform daily administrative task to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities. No experience necessary! Will train the right person. Successful candidates should be able to create a positive and lasting influence on prospects, owners, and tenants, and need to understand the importance of customer service.
