Overall:

Our Longwood, FL-based landscape architecture firm is seeking a creative and skilled individual with strong organization, communication, and graphic abilities, who is eager to grow with our team. In this role, you will support the Business Development and Marketing team by preparing RFP/RFQ proposal responses and marketing presentations, assisting in developing and executing strategies to enhance our brand and revenue growth, and actively contribute to the Business Services and Marketing team to ensure efficient office operations. Dix.

Responsibilities:

Proposal Coordination Research opportunities through public contracting websites Identify and outline the requirements of RFPs and RFQs Ensure proposals stay on track by creating submittal requirement checklists and calendars Collaborate with the team to produce and deliver proposals in a timely manner Gather and provide requested submittal requirements Organize and format submittal requirements from subconsultants Update resumes, project cut sheets, and other proposal elements Marketing Support Collaborate with the team to help develop communications, social media, and website content Design and produce presentations and marketing materials needed for client meetings Research and coordinate submittal requirements for awards and honors Support the design and production of marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, and swag Assist with the design, coordination, and staffing of event/conference booths Gather information needed for website updates, including updated imagery and project information Research and undertake activities to support the furtherance of Dix.
