• We are a sales company located in Macon, GA searching for someone to handle scheduling of appointments, updating of spreadsheets, and basic administrative duties.

Will work closely with the Marketing Director. We prefer candidates who have some experience in a marketing role, but any type of experience you have there will be on the job training with us as well. We want someone who is bubbly, fun and happy with a great attitude. We are very positive and uplifting to each other in the office as well as our field reps and customers. This is a huge part of the job. Day to day duties include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and entering appointments that come in from customers
• Working via Zoom with Marketing Director daily
• Updating an online calendar for availability
• Maintaining a daily report through Excel
• Answering phone calls and assisting customers
• Assisting field reps that work for the company
• Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team building activities
• You must be comfortable speaking on the phone with customers, as more than half of your time will be this. Our environment can be very fast paced, so you must be able to switch from one task to another quickly.
• We are a very family-like office and tolerate no negativity or drama.

The hours will be determined based on the needs of the company. There could be hours during the week that lead later into the evening until 9p and weekend hours on Saturdays and Sundays. We need to be flexible and work around what is best for the needs of the company.
