Role Description:

At SolutionBuilt the Digital Marketing Assistant provides general traffic management to ensure the smooth functioning of our agency. This includes tasks like answering phones, speaking with clients, coordination of estimates, project schedules and handling other administrative tasks as needed. People & Computers Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

Greet visitors, answer phones and emails.

Sales Enablement:

Schedule meetings, create documents, proposals and presentations.

Administrative Support:

Manage task management software, project schedules, work with team on status updates for management and clients.

Reporting:

Provide and analyze reports for marketing campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications:

Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. Basic project management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
