Role Summary The Marketing Associate, Patient Partnerships is part of the Marketing Team for Revelation Pharma (“the company”). Their primary responsibility is to support the network pharmacies and their needs as is pertains to marketing for patients. They will serve as the point of contact between the pharmacy GMs/PICs and the Marketing team, supporting their marketing efforts, and focus on marketing services directed toward healthcare customers and patients.

Work with the Director of Marketing to strategically build plans for pharmacies and help to execute those plans throughout the year. Work with the Director of Marketing and Content Design Managers (internal and outside contractors) to design artwork and content for the needs of the sales team. Maintain open communication and relationships with the pharmacy leadership teams to roll out successful marketing plans for their patient relationships. 1 . PATIENT and

HEALTHCARE PROVIDER CLIENT SUPPORT

Will serve as the Liaison between the Pharmacy Team and the Marketing Team at Revelation Must be independent/self-driven in learning about a specific therapeutic class(es), including current compounding trends, best practices, proficient in pharmacy language. Pharmacy will provide all resources necessary: conferences, primary (journal articles) and tertiary (USP, drugs, facts, and comparisons) references, other handouts, online access to literature database (PUBMED, UptoDate), APC references, IJPC listserv/references, and others as they become available. Work with VP of Operations, Pharmacy GMs and PICs, and Executive/leadership teams to develop competitive positioning, messaging, and materials to educate patients, increase patient interaction, and minimize patient turnover. Proactively, the marketing associate will work with the VP of Marketing and marketing team to develop strategic plans for the pharmacy teams in the development and execution of their marketing efforts for that year.

Patient provider support includes:

email blast campaigns, handout/flyer/poster creation, social media support, print collateral including clinical briefs and Patient Information Leaflets (among others), blog creation, webinar hosting and support including promotion, ad development, and gathering user contact information. Some tasks to be in conjunction with outside partners. Expected to contribute to the growth of the company via new and creative ideas for pharmacy Marketing. Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation and interface with Sales management for lead tracking and management. In association with team leadership, create quarterly and weekly goals (rocks and pebbles) that support the overall goals and directives of the company Design and assist the Marketing Director to incorporate monthly email campaigns for the month in an effort to keep patients informed about their pharmacy and prescription. Liaise with web developers ot keep pharmacy websites updated with accurate and important information. 4.

OTHER MARKETING SUPPORT

The Marketing Associate will support and maintain the professional and highest-quality of the image of the company and its network of pharmacies, promoting the brand when and where necessary. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines for Revelation Pharma and all pharmacies in the Revelation Network Design and create content for marketing flyers, posters, bag stuffers, and handouts for patients and providers as needed. May work directly with pharmacy operations to support individualized marketing efforts surround specific preparations and patient outreach. Other special projects from the collaborative efforts of the Marketing team. Qualifications and Education Requirements BS in the field of Marketing, or BS + marketing experience. Knowledge of Pharmacy industry and well-rounded knowledge of compounded preparations Understanding of Pharmacy marketing laws and regulations Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong background in management and strategic planning Strong organizational competences Excellent work ethic, including a personal drive to excel independently Solid PC skills including Microsoft software Experience in compounding pharmacy
