Role Responsibilities:
Assist in the production and delivery of proposals in response to RFPs and RFQs Build and maintain a CRM system for subconsultants and partners Conduct research to identify and pre-qualify potential subconsultants for projects Support and assist with administrative tasks like proposal tracking, open records requests, and other internal processes Design and enhance visual content, including graphics and presentations, using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint Ensure proposals are client-focused and aligned with brand guidelines Source, vet, and maintain communication with subconsultants to gather necessary materials (resumes, pricing, etc.) Conduct market research to support strategic decisions and entry into new markets
Requirements:
BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred Experience in government procurement and/or bids/proposals preferred; grant writing will be considered Writing and copy-editing experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with senior executives and external partners Enthusiastic and dynamic networker able to establish connections in new markets Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Smartsheet A proactive and flexible approach to tasks with a willingness to learn
