Overview We are looking for an organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our field and event-based marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, values behind-the-scenes coordination, and is eager to gain experience in face-to-face brand marketing. Duties Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions Help prepare branded materials, displays, and equipment for campaign use Coordinate logistics for on-site marketing activations Support marketing team with scheduling, material tracking, and event follow-ups Assist in collecting and organizing customer feedback or data from field activities Help maintain inventory of promotional supplies and collateral Attend meetings and provide administrative support for campaign-related tasks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or coursework in marketing or communications a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working in-person and in active environments Ability to take initiative and follow directions accurately Strong written and verbal communication skills If you are passionate about marketing and eager to contribute your skills in a supportive role, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Marketing Assistant!
