The Associate Field Marketing Manager, Paid Media will be responsible for supporting the Field Marketing Advisory Services team to plan, develop and execute paid media campaigns at the hotel level. The candidate will be hands working with a digital marketing platform to optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis and provide funding recommendations to hotels and internal partners based on performance. The individual in this role should have an analytic mindset to deliver performance reports and campaign recaps.
Your day to day Understand performance objectives, develop successful strategies to achieve goals
Knowledgeable using paid media to influence customer lifecycle (awareness through booking)
Proactively monitor performance of campaigns
Vendor communication and management Partner with key internal resources to develop and execute campaigns (Field Marketing, Brand Teams, Analytics, Creative)
Ability to aggregate, analyze and pull reports Recommend new products, partners, services and any opportunities to drive overall department goals and remain competitive
Keep daily tabs on industry trends and serve as a subject matter expert
What we need from you Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Interactive, Marketing or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. 2+ years’ progressive work-related experience with demonstrated mastery of technical and business knowledge and understanding of multiple disciplines/processes related to the position Minimum 3 years digital media experience Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing marketing projects from conception through implementation.
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff.
Demonstrated proficiency in business software products such as Excel, Microsoft Access, Word and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated strong knowledge of Internet systems, marketing programs, and affiliate networks.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with marketing affiliates, regional teams, franchisees and hotel owners.
Demonstrated analytical skills and research abilities. Demonstrated ability to use the results of investigation and analysis to make effective strategic decisions.
Location – Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. The salary range for this role is $46,226 to $ 70,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
