We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant/Coordinator to join our team at Oakbridge Insurance. The ideal candidate will support our marketing efforts and contribute to the overall growth and success of our agency.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Content Creation:
In collaboration with our external marketing firm partner, develop engaging content marketing materials.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Event Management:
Support Chief of Staff, as necessary, in coordinating and managing marketing events, company meetings and promotional activities.
Analytics and Reporting:

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance industry.
