TM Capital, a division of Janney Montgomery Scott, is leading middle-market investment banking firm looking for a hardworking, dedicated professional to serve as our Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate will be tasked with “owning” the TM Capital brand and integrating the brand with Janney. To do so effectively will require that you commit to developing a detailed understanding of the Firm’s core capabilities, target B2B audience, brand messaging, core values, and cultural cornerstones. Armed with that understanding, you will have ample opportunity to use your creativity to coordinate marketing for the Firm. In this role, you will constantly communicate / collaborate with our professionals at all levels. Our bankers will be your clients!
Responsibilities:
Manage TM’s external communications, brand positioning, and social media presence (primarily LinkedIn) Organize (in coordination with bankers) and execute firm marketing and team building events; Manage TM Capital’s presence at industry conferences Use WordPress to manage website (www.tmcapital.com) updates via a custom CMS (content management system) Maintain crawlable, search-engine optimized content across Firm’s online presence Analyze website and marketing automation data for user patterns and solutions to increase engagement Develop (in cooperation with bankers) and implement email and print marketing campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite projects such as Photoshop and InDesign Coordinate preparation of PE Firm “one pagers” in connection with PE-related marketing initiatives Manage dissemination of all marketing related communications and maintain master and targeted distribution lists in Pardot, marketing automation software (MAS) integrated with TM’s customer relationship management (CRM) tool Salesforce; execute and manage Pardot’s drip campaigns. Coordinate (with bankers) creation of – and manage updating and production of – Firm’s marketing collateral and branded materials in print and digital form, including the Firm’s style guide, General Capabilities presentations, promotional items, etc. Oversee and carefully manage the formatting and print production process for deal related marketing materials (descriptive memoranda) in collaboration with deal teams Manage the production and distribution of TM’s monthly sector and periodic “white paper” research reports Manage completed transaction postings to Oaklins intranet and assure compliance with applicable Oaklins “brand adopter” requirements Manage all marketing-related vendor / agency partnerships Collaborate with Janney’s marketing team to streamline and blend the Janney and TM brand seamlessly Track marketing campaign metrics and review
LinkedIn Analytics Requirements:
