$15.00 per hour Apply on: Indeed About the Role Mallett Buildings is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent college graduate who is passionate about communications, digital marketing, and brand development. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, manage content, and help promote the Mallett Buildings brand across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional). Manage and update content across the company’s social media platforms and website. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal staff for promotional events and marketing initiatives. Support the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, signage, and email newsletters. Help track metrics and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions. Maintain marketing and media libraries, customer databases, and CRM systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication , Marketing , or a related field preferred . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and email marketing tools. Basic understanding of design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
