Marketing Assistant 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 6 Aggregate Way, Hyannis, MA 02601 We are currently searching for a Marketing Assistant to join our team! This position is in office and will be based out of our Hyannis, Massachusetts location. The Marketing Assistant plays a key supporting role within the marketing department, contributing to the creation, execution, and organization of marketing content across various channels. This role involves assisting with content development, coordinating and supporting marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to the planning and execution of events. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, creative, and proactive team player with strong communication and organizational skills. 1.
MARKETING
Social Media:
Assist in conceptualizing, scheduling and executing organic social media messaging across all platforms; stay abreast of best practices and implement accordingly
Photo and Video Creation:
film showroom appliances, events, and cooking as appropriate for the creation of social content and other promotional purposes
Brand Content and Coop Organization:
assist in monitoring brand promotions and online brand portals for new material, assist in preparing coop documention for ad reimbursement and monitoring payment
Promotions:
assist the Marketing Manager in brainstorming, organizing and implementing KAM promotional campaigns and events
Website:
regularly monitor website to ensure accuracy and assist in writing copy and managing landing pages
Copywriting:
assist in brainstorming and writing blog posts, emails, and other promotional copy
KAM Tech:
Collaborate in the marketing and promotion of program as a differentiator in the industry
Collateral:
assist in creating and developing organized library of video (instructional and creative) and photo content

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional retail environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets.
Physical Demands:
- Requires mobility, frequent walking, standing, and sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching and periodic lifting of up to 25 lbs.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to converse and hear.
- Requires normal (corrected) vision.
- Requires coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate appliances.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position. A standard work week is Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm with flexibility as shifts may vary pursuant to events, demonstrations, and company needs.
Travel:
There may be occasional travel to company locations as needed.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Experience with social media platforms, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Microsoft Office365 including Word and Excel, and Canva or similar.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and video creation.
