Events and Activations, Assistant The Events & Activations, Assistant supports the marketing team by managing logistical details, coordinating store-facing event needs, and helping bring brand experiences to life. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting experiences that connect with customers in meaningful ways. The Events and Activations, Assistant reports directly to the Associate Manager of Events and Activations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the execution of in-store events, grand openings, pop-ups, and brand activations across new and existing store locations Assist with logistical coordination, including: Tracking event signage and creative assets Processing vendor purchase orders, invoices, and payment schedules Organizing giveaway materials, decor, and promotional items Maintain and update a shared department calendar of in-store events and marketing initiatives Contribute to post-event recaps by gathering photos, tracking results, and organizing feedback Help keep internal timelines, task lists, and planning tools current to support smooth event execution Act as a point of contact for store teams with event-related questions or needs Support grassroots marketing efforts through outreach to local nonprofits, businesses, media contacts, and plaza/property teams Conduct research for corporate giving programs, including identifying local charitable partners Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event materials are delivered and installed as planned Stay organized and responsive while assisting on multiple projects within a fast-paced environment Perform other duties as assigned to support the Associate Manager of Events & Activations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Operations or other-related field Minimum one-year post-college work experience required (preferably in a related role) Demonstrate ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment Superior organizational skills and with a keen eye for details Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills are required Must be capable of producing results within an unstructured environment and have the flexibility to identify and respond to changing priorities Flexible to evolving responsibilities This job may have physical demands including but not limited to the following; ability to lift up to 30 lbs., ability to bend, reach, kneel, squat, or stand for long periods of time. Ability to work 3+ days/week at the Corporate Office in Acton, MA Travel to stores is required, including occasional weekends to support key events and activations up to 30%. Following the completion of the training period, the regular schedule will consist of four days in-office and one remote day per week.
