Summary We’re looking for a motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to help promote our roofing, siding, and gutter services across multiple platforms. You’ll support our sales and marketing team with outreach, advertising, social media, and customer engagement. Perfect for someone creative, proactive, and ready to grow with a fast-paced company! Responsibilities Create and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, etc Follow up with past customers for reviews or referrals Help design and order flyers, postcards, door hangers, yard signs Assist with EDDM mail campaigns (prep addresses, format files) Help brainstorm ideas for seasonal promotions Enter leads and customer info into CRM or spreadsheets Help build email lists or send out email blasts Send letters or postcards to target homes in key areas or neighborhoods Schedule and track marketing tasks in Google Calendar Requirements Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the construction or home improvement industry. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content. Familiarity with analytics tools and performance marketing strategies. Experience with social media marketing and managing online presence. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Basic understanding of budgeting for marketing projects.
