All Pointe HomeCare was founded in 2011. Over the years, All Pointe HomeCare has significantly grown and proudly offers a staff of reliable and experienced RNs, LPNs, and Home Health Aides who are readily available for short and long-term assignments within the home. Today, All Pointe HomeCare employs over 250 highly trained health care providers throughout the state of Connecticut. In October of 2024, All Pointe HomeCare proudly became a subsidiary of Connecticut Children’s. With this strategic move, Connecticut Children’s now has the ability to offer a full spectrum of care, from hospital to home, ensuring that children can receive vital medical attention in a comfortable, familiar setting. Both private in-home nursing and skilled, intermittent care is available in many geographic areas throughout the state of Connecticut. This expansion not only strengthens the continuity of care but also helps to reduce discharge delays, allowing children to transition seamlessly from hospital to home with ongoing medical support. With the addition of more than 250 highly trained home health aides, nurses, and clinicians from All Pointe HomeCare, Connecticut Children’s is now able to serve over 200 children requiring both short-term and long-term homecare. This expansion also positions the health system to better support children with acute and chronic complex medical needs, including respiratory care and tube feeding, in their homes.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Associate to support the day-to-day execution of our marketing initiatives. This junior-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and eager to grow their marketing skillset in a mission-driven environment. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in maintaining our ongoing marketing efforts, while also helping facilitate a rebranding initiative to co-brand with a partner organization. •This position offers a remote work model (work-from-home in

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Implementation & Support Oversee execution of marketing activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and branding guidelines. Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Update and maintain website content, including service offerings, blogs, and other content needs. Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of print collateral such as brochures, flyers, and signage. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing channels and campaigns using basic analytics tools. Branding & Co-branding Collaborate with the Marketing Director from Connecticut Children’s [FM3] to support a strategic co-branding initiative, including the integration of co-branding elements with a subsidiary. Help coordinate internal and external communications during the transition, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Maintenance of Marking Materials Ensure all digital and print marketing materials are current, accurate, and aligned with brand identity. Organize and maintain a marketing asset library, including photography, templates, and past campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with other departments[FM4] throughout All Pointe HomeCare and Connecticut Children’s (e.g., HR, clinical, operations) to ensure effective internal and external messaging. Support event planning, outreach, and community engagement initiatives as needed. Minimum Education and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field required. 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience (internships or entry-level positions considered). Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp, etc.) preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and
