Marketing Associate 2.0 2.0 out of 5 stars 65 First Flight Drive, Auburn, ME 04210 The Marketing Associate will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to execute strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and support global expansion. This role requires a creative professional adept at translating technical filtration concepts into compelling marketing materials, managing customer relationships through CRM platforms, and analyzing market data to identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong graphic design skills, particularly with Adobe InDesign and Canva, along with experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems to optimize lead generation and sales alignment. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design and Creative Development The Marketing Associate will create professional marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, with specialized expertise in InDesign for technical product documentation, brochures, and data specification sheets. This includes designing digital and print assets for social media, web content, and promotional campaigns using Canva, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Customer Relationship Management and Data Analysis Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is critical for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and supporting sales workflows. Digital Marketing and Content Creation The role demands active participation in digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, industry forums, and email marketing platforms. Administrative and Operational Support The Marketing Associate will provide comprehensive support to the Marketing Director, including coordinating trade shows, technical seminars, and industry events. Managing marketing asset libraries and ensuring accessibility of up-to-date product information are key tasks, as is assisting in the development of technical case studies that demonstrate real-world applications of Strainrite’s solutions. Required Qualifications Education and Experience A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is required, along with 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or graphic design role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in B2B industrial marketing or technical industries, particularly those familiar with the manufacturing or engineering sectors. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, is essential for producing technical documentation and marketing collateral. Experience with Canva for rapid digital content creation and Salesforce for CRM management is required, as is competency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis. Familiarity with SEO principles, web content management systems, and digital marketing tools like Google Analytics will strengthen the candidate’s profile. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the filtration, chemical processing, or industrial equipment industries is highly desirable. Knowledge of international marketing practices and cultural considerations for global campaigns will be advantageous, as will familiarity with trade show management or regulatory requirements in sectors such as pharmaceuticals or food and beverage.
