Summer Marketing & Office Assistant Callahan Heating & Cooling Ozark, MO 65721 Job Overview Callahan Heating and Cooling is looking for a creative, energetic individual to join our team this summer as a Marketing & Office Assistant. This is a temporary position designed to support our office during the busy season while also helping us create fresh, high-quality content for social media. If you’re someone who’s comfortable on the phone and behind the camera, this is the perfect summer job for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route inbound phone calls when office staff are unavailable
- Assist with scheduling follow-ups or taking detailed customer messages
- Visit job sites to take photos and shoot video content featuring our HVAC techs in action
- Help create short-form content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Organize and archive photos/videos for future marketing use
- Provide basic office support (printing, filing, errands) as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- A creative eye for photos and video
- Comfortable with social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Basic photo/video editing skills a plus but not required
