The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Duties Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy access to information. Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in maintaining records. Support office management activities, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations to support various projects. Act as a personal assistant to senior staff members, managing tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively. Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality work. Requirements Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus but not mandatory. Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and other office software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients. Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work is essential. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
