Position Summary We’re hiring a Client Outreach & Marketing Assistant to support our growth by re-engaging with prior clients and professional connections. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and enjoys creating meaningful conversations that reflect our firm’s values. What You’ll Do Contact former clients and professional connections to check in and maintain relationships Provide friendly updates about our firm’s services and focus areas Assist with follow-up communications via phone, email, and written cards/letters Log outreach activities in our tracking system or CRM Coordinate with the marketing team to support strategic messaging Support efforts to generate testimonials, reviews, and potential referrals Who You Are A confident communicator with a friendly, professional tone Naturally curious about people and good at remembering small details Comfortable using basic software (email, spreadsheets, CRMs, etc.) Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Experience in a legal, customer service, sales, or marketing role is a plus

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
