Position Overview:

We’re seeking a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team. This opportunity is perfect for recent college graduates or somebody who wants entry-level experience in the field. This position will initially be a 3-month probationary period, with an evaluation at the end of that timeframe to likely transition into a permanent position based on performance.

Hours:

30 hours/week This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our faux panel products. Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop marketing materials. Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, providing insights for optimization. Support the planning, optimization, and execution of literature, email, and search engine marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail . Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, Google Analytics, and SEO. Familiarity with Shopify is a plus, but not required. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on a given project. Passion for design, home improvement, or the construction industry is a plus! Must have consistent/reliable transportation.
