Job Description
Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing Officer in the accomplishment of the following duties:
- Promote the products and services of the business through the production of advertising material including print, radio, and outdoor promotions.
- Promote Quality Service Program to enhance the overall level service provided to customers.
- Assist in preparing stock transfers and assist in maintaining stock records.
- Assist with preparations for various public relations and social events.
- Assist in assembly and delivery of reports
- Assist in maintaining and scanning
- Assist in preparing and maintaining minutes for meetings
- Perform various clerical duties.
