Office hours Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 5pm. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner Organize and schedule meetings and appointments Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Order office supplies and manage inventory Assist with data entry and maintaining databases Support staff with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Strong friendly communication skills Client service second to none Confidentiality a must Strong computer and math skills required Ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Must be a team player
