Key Responsibilities:
Conduct marketing research to better understand the needs of the firm and its target audience. Perform competitive analysis. Implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and web. Work with vendors and stakeholders to coordinate and design content creation, including editing and publishing blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Support the organization and execution of marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities including identifying networking opportunities for attorneys. Utilize multimedia tools and software to create and edit video content for marketing and sharing organizational knowledge by collaborating with subject matter experts to script, storyboard, and create videos that effectively communicate key concepts, processes, and best practices. Regularly attend training related to your role to ensure relevant skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting and editing promotional materials and correspondence. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. At least one year of experience working in a business setting and marketing role. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. Proficiency in using marketing software and tools such as Birdeye, Mailchimp, Google Business Profile, and Google Analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
