The Development & Marketing Associate supports the Director of Development while specializing in both administrative coordination and digital marketing initiatives. This role bridges crucial organizational support with creative content development to advance fundraising goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Director of Development Document meetings and maintain detailed development records Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms Track digital marketing metrics and campaign performance Assist in development of marketing materials for fundraising events and campaigns Assist with donor communications and acknowledgment processes Support email marketing initiatives for fundraising activities Assist with maintaining consistent organizational messaging across all platforms Help coordinate gala planning and execution This position combines administrative expertise with marketing skills to support development operations while enhancing the organization’s digital presence and donor engagement strategies.
